Multi-year Accessibility Plan

CGEG established its AODA Accessibility Policy and Plan on June 9, 1915, with revisions on December 30, 2023 and currently as of October 30, 2025.

It is intended that the Multi-year Accessibility Plan will be updated at least once every five year.  This current plan is in effect from October 30, 2025 to October 30, 2030.  Employees are provided with required training under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 and its associated regulation as soon as practicable after hiring, and generally as part of their onboarding process, and also when changes are made to the company’s accessibility policy.

If you have any questions or concerns about this plan or its initiatives, or if you want to receive a copy of the plan in a different accessible format, please contact a Facility Site Manager in person or by email ([email protected]  or [email protected],  or [email protected],  or [email protected]), or alternatively Head Office at [email protected], or by phone to Nicole Convey at 519-948-7500 x230.
